DEKRA Claims Services is the claims adjustment organization of the DEKRA Group. It provides services mainly for insurance companies and self insurers but also for leasing and other companies all over Europe.
We are mainly active in the field of motor insurance, handling international claims and recoveries within the Green Card System and according to the Fourth Directive on Motor Insurances. The group activities include also technical, legal and medical expertises as well as adjustment of claims from other types of insurances, such as general liability and property, both on national and international level.

Dekra Claims Services GmbH) who all enjoy a solid reputation in the insurance industry based on their experience and know-how built over more than half a century.
DEKRA Claims Services operates with its own offices in 16 countries and in a further 22 countries, through its partner networks. The group co-operates closely with a large number of engineering, medical and legal specialists.
